How to return device with "phantom keypress" problem.

My phone has transient phantom key presses that make the phone unusuable when they are active. The problem manifests as programs randomly minimizing and random home screen menus opening. From what I can gather from related internet research, I'll need a replacement phone.

My question is 1) how do I request a refund when the FreedomPop tech support services don't answer the phone (constantly on hold and can't leave a voice mail)? and 2) How much will it cost me in restocking and exchange fees after shipping costs to return/exchange a device that I received in the mail less than 3 days ago?

    I ended up getting through to the phone service. Although the Level 2 FP tech never contacted me like the tech told me they would, I got an email with device return instructions.

    A phone tech told me he would send the same email for a replacement phone. He said it would take 15 min, but I still haven't received it. How long did it take to get your email? I hope he didn't lie to me.

    The phantom key press was mentioned a LONG time ago with the common bugs and issues thread...

    Basically your phone has an antenna radio and screen issue and once your RMA gets issued u will be good to go.
