Has anyone been able to activate BYOD HTC EVO Shift 4g on Freedompop?

Wondering if anyone has been able to activate BYOD HTC EVO Shift 4g on Freedompop. Everytime I try to register for service I keep getting the "Snap...device unsupported" notice. I've called support but nothing happened after they told me that that were going to activate and to wait 24hrs. It's been several days now with no resolution.

There are some devices that are supported, but have some MEIDs that will not activate. I have a HTC EVO Shift and a Nexus S that both worked on another Sprint MVNO but it will not activate on FreedomPop.
