Billing Error

Yesterday I was having problems with my account seeming like it didn't renew. Today I went to my account page and there was a red banner at the top saying there was a billing error and entering a valid card would reinstate service. So I did this, with the same card I originally used (I know it's valid) but still do not have service. From what I've been able to find it may be an issue with going over my data allotment? I may have, it was down to about 50MB the last time I could check. I'd appreciate any help.
