Touchscreen not working

I've had my Samsung Galaxy SIII purchased from FreedomPop for about a month now and the touchscreen just stopped working :(. The power, volume, center and capacitive buttons work, but the touchscreen won't do anything. Can I send in my phone for repair or replacement?

    You might need a admin or customer service to take a peek at your device...on the account side.     Touch screen is a phone issue, not a freedompop issue try power off and back on or clean data on the phone or more data to sd card if you have one. Last thing you try is to do a reset for your setting inside your phone. But do this as last thing. Then I try help from admin, if your phone is within a 90 days, you can get a replacement by contacting admin.
