Yesterday I was unable to connect to the internet and got a message about information related to my account. When I would click the button that read "Get Account Updates Now" it would redirect me to page that read, "404 - Sorry page does not exist'. Today I am getting the same message along with a billing error one, even though I do have a valid form of payment.
