help getting BYOD S3 activated

I signed up through BYOD with a sprint Samsung s3 last night. I got three emails
1) Welcome to FreedomPop
2) FreedomPop Receipt (showing s3 activation charge of 19.99)
3)Welcome to FreedomPop Phone Beta!

None of these emails told me how to actually make the phone work.
I added a google account to phone and downloaded a couple of FreedomPop apps
that let me make phone calls and text using wifi. I still can't use the cellular
network to do anything. If I turn wifi off, the FreedomPop apps don't work.

How do I get phone to be able to use the cellular network?
