Unable to activate

I just received my phone in the mail today. When I put my email in the FreedomPop Config app, I get the message to check my email address and try again. I know for a fact that the email address is correct. I have already performed a profile and a prl update in that order. Any thoughts?

    what happens when you log into your account online? Can you try this and see what happens? does it tell you anything when your there? Did you get any emails asking you to verify your account---click link? Check your in box from Freedompop messages.

    also is there a chance you entered you email address incorrect the first time? Try this anyways...Go to the app setting and find Freedompop messaging...Force Stop and than clear data or clear cache. Go back to the app on the home screen and try logging on again.

    As far as my account online goes, it still thinks that my phone is in the Kitting stage.

    I can log in to the MyFreedomPop app just fine, so I know my email address is ok.

    I closed all of the FP apps I could find and cleared the cache as well. No luck.

    Did you force stop the messaging and than cleared the cache? what about a soft reset?
