how do i activate my account to 3g

L have the Freedom Spot Overdrive thats works on a 3G and 4/G network when the device is connected to 4G it works flawlessly but every time it pick up 3G service iand i try using the wifi i get this error

"You do not have 3G enabled on your FreedomPop plan. Click here to see available plans with 3G enabled."


i logged into my account and cant find anything about activation my account to 3G, this is supposed to be a 3/G nad 4/G account

can anyone please tell me how to active 3G on my account????
