Suspended Account?

I'm new to this, but I can't find out why my account is suspended. My billing info is correct. I'm using my cellphone data as a hotspot, otherwise I'd have no internet access. Help!

    Sorry to hear that you having issues...Do you have unlimited everything> Is there a chance you have used more than 5000 text or 2500 voice min? Are you trying to use 4g only..If your trying to use 4g only-try dropping down to 3g? There is a chance you hit your 1gb limit on the 4g data.

    Let me know the questions above and we can start from there. Also what type of phone are you using?

    @Mary Lehner, did you go to freedompop.com and log-in to check how much data you have left. If it fall below 100mb, it will go into suspended account until you add more data or wait to your next billing cycle. Do you have top-off disable?
