My service does not work again

Hi FP,

It happens again. My service does not work again. Plz see the attached file. I cannot connect to any other webs since it always says "Get Account Updated Now" Every time I claimed it, you have fixed my account.
I expected it since it has repeated at the beginning day of the billing cycle.
This time, I downgraded my service on purpose bcz I knew there should be in trouble at the beginning day of the billing cycle. And, It happens again as I expected.
Could you take a look at my account and please fix this problem? I do not want to claim every time (the beginning day of the billing cycle)

If it will be fixed, I will purchase a data plan as before.
