    No FYI, that only covers how to set up port forwarding.

    The blue flashing light on the photon means that the photon is attempting to connect to the local tower. If it does not connect after 5 minutes, there is either a tower issue or a issue with your device which needs a reset.

    +1 what @Ali‌ said. One of WiMAX' dirty little secrets is that it really doesn't like home insulation. It seems that home insulation filters the high frequencies used by WiMAX and thus you'll get poor reception indoors in most homes. Try positioning the Photon close to a window or somewhere where it has an unobstructed view of the cell tower. Hope this helps!
