I get no service with my hub

I just got the device yesterday, can connect to it fine, can see it's set up and all but never get an internet connection.

I've tried every room, every window, outside, still nothing. Just scrolling blinking lights. The coverage map shows there is 4G coverage in my area, my att 4G LTE phone rocks over here, yet this hubs signal is zero.

Short of requesting an RMA, does anyone have any advice? I've already boxed it back up.
