If you have an issue with your push notifications for the FreedomPop App on your iPhone or iPad (In Plain English: If you don't get notified when you get a call or text, or your phone doesn't ring or vibrate on your iPhone or iPad), you may want to troubleshoot below:

1. Make sure Notifications are turned on - Go to Settings → Notifications → Scroll all the way down and Tap on FreedomPop → Make sure its selected to Banners or Alerts, make sure Badge App Icon, Sounds, Show in Notification Center, and Show on Lock Screen are turned on.

2. Make sure Do Not Disturb is turned off. Swipe up from the bottom, and make sure the icon with the moon is black and not white. This means it is off.

3. Make sure your device is not on Mute or Vibrate mode. This is easy, check the side of your phone where the Vibrate / Hold switch is, if there is a red line visible then flip it the other way and you will get a ringtone for calls. If you want your phone on vibrate mode for meetings, or if your in school and you want your phone silent so your teacher doesn't confiscate it, you can leave it on vibrate mode and your phone will vibrate. The struggle is real.

4. This one is a little more complicated, but make sure your Background App refresh is on. Just go to Settings → General → Background App Refresh → Make sure FreedomPop is on.

5. If none of these work, then you may need to restart your phone, or reinstall the app.

Good luck everyone, and if you have any questions, leave them below and I or an admin or other pro member will try to get to them :)
