Why does the phone say we are out of minutes?

We have an unlimited talk plan. When we try to make a call it says we are out of minutes. What is up?

Check your data usage. Are you within 100MB of your data limit for the current billing cycle? Do you have top-up turned off? If yes to both, that is why you have no internet. FP stops your data feed at 100MB unless top-up is turned on and you have valid billing information in your account settings.
Stopping your data feed will then stop your ability to make voice calls and send text.

Turning Top-up on and verifying you have good billing information is may enough to restore the data feed. I think you may need to contact customer service to reset the account. Otherwise you must wait for the next billing cycle.

For more free data, connect up to 10 FreedomPop friends and receive an additional 50MB per friend (max 500MB) for a total of 1000MB of free data. Ask those friends to share data and you can get up to an additional 500MB of free data.

This is a symptom of dialing an invalid number, are you trying to dial internationally or domestically? Also, make sure to dial a 1 before your phone number that you will call.
