monthly reset and extra charge issues

Hi, new to FreedomPop here. My family have three accounts set up in September. Noted an extra $2.49 charge on each account Oct 30. I'm assuming that it was for the visual voice mail which we never wanted, promptly deactivated in a couple of days when seeing it popping up (is that the "freedompop", really?) on our accounts... However, the free minutes/text/data still have not reset now that we're almost at the end of November. So, please reset the free service for the month ASAP or add the minutes so that we're not charged the "overuse", and refund the $2.49 charges on each line. Eagerly await your response...
