Error Code 67

Is there an easy way to clear Error Code 67 instead of waiting days for FreedomPop agent to respond to support request?

    Your account needs to be reset. An admin will be able to assist.

    Make sure to update your profile and PRL

    Click menu on the phone>>>Settings>>>>System Update>>>>Update Profile....and than back up and do PRL after.....

    @njfulwider5‌ It appears that the OP did so in a another thread he created and when he does the PRL update he gets error 128. It's account level, his is just not set up properly since FP's computers they use haven't sandboxed rare cases like this... a refresh fixes this!

    I get 128 all the time and I don't need a admin to fix....

    its a simple Update profile and PRL....sometimes I have to reset just my wifi router..sometimes I have to reset my network router too?

    I have the same phone...a few of them :)

    I get error code 67 multiple times every single time I use my device, no matter where I am, wifi or not, internet or not. Every single time. Updated my profile, my prl, you name it. Nothing makes any difference.
