Would still like to port in, but My Account says transfer completed

I activated a GSIII back in September with a temporary local number intending to port in my other number. However, for the longest time under Transfer Existing Number it has been saying, "You've successfully completed the Phone Number Transfer process!" even though I never had the chance to port in my current number. I would still like to perform this port in. Please advise if this will be possible. Thanks.

    @David Yum Wanted to let you know you have not been forgotten. Admins will be back in on Monday. If you don't want to wait for an admin you can call 888 743 8017 or 855 703 5785. The tech support people there should also be able to help you with porting or getting the porting option on your account back up.

    If you're not able to port in then your account may need to be reset or re-synched.
