Why am I being billed $9.99 Monthly?

@freedomPop,@EdwinFreedomPop,I'm being charged $9.99 monthly? I have never exceeded the free coverage I have on Freedompop. Please explain. Thank you @janet Hotson

    it sound like when you activated, on the page after the plans...somehow you missed the No thank you continue without offer....Premier usually charges you 9.99


    when you downgraded before the end of your trial, you only did the plan and forgot about the services? Did you use the 1 month trial?


    sometimes the system will glitch...

    no matter

    just make sure that when the admin fix your charge, they downgrade premier for you too...

    Brian has a nice tutorial and example for you...But your going to have a admin fixing your account anyways..might as well downgrade you in the process...

    no matter-if you downgrade--the charge will remain, till a admin fixes
