Lost FreedomFriends data.

@JasmineS I have an issue with downgrading of an account. Could you please contact me and help to fix the problem.
New device... Mifi HotSpot ... Recieived Offer 351541 for first month, and also had 10+ freedomFriends (another 500MB) but when downgraded, I lost both.

    Just wrote it off as a lost cause, but wondered if maybe i might use thru Nov anyway. I have never had any luck on using 4G, it keeps asking for me to add 3G even when I can see it is connected at 4G (Wimax).
    Working on doing a Carrier Reset, but I need the MSL first.
    The mifi.mlp page says connected at 4G and he 3G WWAN page shows 3G "Available"
