double charged for rollover!

i'm getting billed 3.99 for rollover, twice each month! anyone else having this problem? apparently i need to review my bills regularly- this has been going on for many months!

    Check here to to see if you have these 2 plans and services(Freedompop Data Rollover, and Freedompop Pro 500mbs 3g/4g )

    If your device has 3g service, chance are your being charges for Pro plan and data rollover...

    what does you data plan say?

    @a_a Do you have multiple devices? You may need to call (855) 703-5785 and press 4 for billing and get a refund. Then make sure to have them have only one rollover service listed.
  • @a_a‌ Okay, so we have been looking into this issue and we do see the double charges. We sincerely apologize for the these charges and we are issuing you a refund for these charges and will ensure that it will not occur again so that you are only charged once ($3.49/month) for Data Rollover.
