device not activating

I'm using the free 500mb per month plan. About two days ago I was connected to the internet then I found out its not going online. Every time it takes me to the landing page of my device the Mifi 4082. I did a reset and did the set up wizard. First error is activation failed. So now my device is not activating. I tried to click the "activate now" button below the help menu and it gives me the message "updating profile failed". I have full bars so connection seems good and I'm on 3g.

I'm stumped by this.
