Why can't I activate my device & why won't anyone respond to my emails?

I can't activate! I'm repeatedly asked for a valid DEC ID# even though I use the one printed on the device. No one has responded to my emails & whoever "reviewed" my forum application (where I laid out this problem as my reason for joining) must be brain-dead. Is there anyone in this so-far as I'm concerned chickensh*t company that can help me?
