Need some help switching old phone with new:

My old SII died and I now have a S4 I need to switch out on my account.
I want to just take the old phone off and replace with new phone, same number, acct, service.

I did contact support via email, listed my ph. # and new imei #(ticket #353671), but that's not getting it done.
Looks like I would need some admin help (?)...

    @jdh Please activate your device at the BYOD funnel like you did to your S2. Then an admin can switch over the devices so your S4 is on the account of the S2 and then they will cancel your S2 account and possibly refund you the additional BYOD fee :)

    Tried that. The page stalls (for several hours) after I enter iccid #.

    Can some admin or someone help me in getting my old phone/account getting switched to my new phone? This has been done on line by others so is it possible that I can get this done as well? I have already tried the byod route, no go (see above). I have send customer support emails, I have spent time on hold, I have posted here...

    At this point if my old phone was repairable I would just have it fixed and sold the S4 so I can move on, but that is not an option.
