"There is an existing issue with your account..."

I just spent a hefty amount of time on Friday trying to rectify this. The account rep was able to fix the problem. However, starting up again today, I cannot send or receive texts - and when I try to make a phone call I get a message stating that there is an existing issue with the account and I need to call customer service. Unfortunately, it is Sunday and I cannot do this. I'm getting a bit frustrated, because this comes on the heels of being sent two defective devices and that was finally sorted, to now have this issue. This has been a multi-month odyssey and I just want my phone to work.

Can someone please rectify this ASAP???
