Service downgraded - How to restore free trial

I don't have time to sit on hold for 25 minutes again to get a representative and there's no way to e-mail my inquiry it seems.

I have a FreedomPop Photon. It didn't work out of the box when I received it. It was stuck on the 4g.freedompop.com/core page. I found a post here on the forums that suggested downgrading your service to 'reboot' your account so I did that, but it still didn't work. After I called in, the CS rep created a support ticket to escalate the issue and it was resolved yesterday. I asked the CS rep to include in the notes about restoring my free trial of the better data plan and he said he would, but my account is still on the 500 MB Free plan. How can I get my free trial restored? Other than calling in and sitting on hold forever.
