Why hasn't my account topped up yet?

I might be a bit impatient and am definitely a bit confused, so apologies ahead of time for the un/intelligibility of this post. I believe my account should have re-upped yesterday, the 16th, but it remains displaying "0 days left in your plan period" and the amount of data I went over last month on my home screen at the time of this typing. Any info available on this would be appreciated greatly, thank you.
