Error 67 and unable to Update Profile/PRL, no Mobile Data Connections

About two days ago I started to get the Error Code 67. I've browsed the forums, everyone suggests to update the Profile and PRL but it gives me an Authentication Error while on WiFi.

    @Daniel Monk Have you tried this?

    1. Dial ##72786# in the native dialer and the SCRTN message should appear. Enter your MSL if needed (found by clicking here)

    2. Your device will restart, proceed to unlock the device

    3. The Hands free reactivation will occur, its going to update your PRL and Profile. If it fails then update it manually Settings -> System Update -> PRL and Profile

    4. If you lost any data then please re install the My FreedomPop app and the FreedomPop Messaging app.

    try and restart you wifi router--this can help 60% of the time

    I cannot find my MSL anywhere on my account pages, and I cannot reset any of the half dozen wifi spots I have tried.

    That is another thing that will block a update... shared wife connections. Do you happen to have a safe home network you can try?

    Does it say you have voice/text/data...when you look online?

    I don't have access to a home wifi. I've been using local XFinity or my college's wifi. My account does show voice, text, and data are still available to me. I haven't had any luck finding my MSL, either.
