Error when upgrading my data plan

I keep getting the following error when I tried to upgrade my data plan to "Fastest 5GB 8X". Changing my credit card in the billing setting did not work neither. Please help.

"We've experienced a problem changing your Data Plan due to a billing error. Please update your payment method on the Billing Settings page, and try again."

    Although there is an error, it seems the plan has changed when I log in my account to check.
