Photon Q losing service constantly

I saw the set up error question in this forum.
I had the same issue when I booted up my new phone. The hard reset did the trick for a few hours.

I lost service. Not the signal. I tried updating Google Play services. It wasn't an option. I refreshed my activation and did restore texting but not voice. I've had to perform a hard reset 4 times in the two days I've had this phone/service.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've tried calling customer service twice and couldn't get through yesterday or today. Requested a call back both times but no luck.

    @Dennis Williams At this point I would recommend performing a factory reset to resolve your issues!
