New Billing Cycle Did Not Restart Yet! HELP PLS

My billing cycle ends on 3/29 but as of now (3/30 at 8am EST) it has not yet been reset yet. Since I used all my mins last billing cycle, I am not able to make nor receive any call right now. Please help!
