Can't get Basic 200
I just got the iphone for Christmas and it was working fine. I forgot to downgrade the plan to the Basic 200 and I got charged in March for $10.99. I then promptly contacted Freedompop to downgrade me to the Basic 200, but instead I got downgraded to just a data plan and when I try to sign up for the Basic 200 it is not listed in the services.
