Why I've been still charged $9.99 every month after canceling FreedomPop Premier

I canceled FreedomPop Premier last December then I received the email "Your FreedomPop Premier Service Has Been Cancelled". But I am still charged $9.99 every month.
I don't know why I am charged, it is definitely mistake and system error.
How can I get a $40 refund?

http://www.freedompop.com/acct_services.htm shows:
"You have not signed up for any services yet.
Check out the available services below to get the most out of your FreedomPop Free 500MB 4G plan."

    May I ask additional request? Could you please confirm if I will no longer charge Premier service? I am a bit worried about I will be still charged at the end of this month and ask at this forum for same issue.

    I have also been charged despite the fact that I have cancelled my membership long time ago.

    Here is my billing history:
    05/07/2016 £4.99
    06/06/2016 £4.99
    06/05/2016 £4.99
    05/04/2016 £4.99

    I kindly ask you to help me on this issue.

    Why am I'm being charged $9.99 for the past two months? I didn't sign up for the premier service. I tried contacting support, but for some reason the website won't let me log in.
