Missing data in my free plan since last month

I have been using my Mifi 4082 for a whole year on the upgraded $3.99 3G plan. I downgraded my plan to the free 500Mb last month but it turned out to be only 240Mb in total available in my current free plan, while it should be 500Mb. I sent an email to [email protected] on Apr.4 2015 but haven't received any response yet.

Is there anyone who met the same problem? Is there anyone who can help?

P.S. I have no problem with the 500Mb from Ear & Share
