Unable to use text or check voice mail 4-8-2015
My account is active. However, since today, I am unable to use text message. It appears to be trying to communicate with server but couldn't get through. I received a "general error". I also couldn't check my voice mail. It says my phone is not activated. I just did a PRL and profile update yesterday. I also went to the application manager to force stop and clear data. Then updated PRL and profile again. Still not working. Please help.
