One week ago I was double charged and one week of no service ****!

It finally takes my original key but it still goes to the "freedom screen" and the connection is "limited". I can't get to any other websites.... PROBLEM IS STILL THERE! Please get this thing working or refund my DOUBLE CHARGED account! One week of being "on hold" for hours, emails sent, facebook messages sent and still no service!

    How did u contact about double charge?
    My account charged initial signup ($80) and one ($80/yr) plan, I opted for the annual plan.

    this comment isn't meant for anyone here. I just wanna know why people act like freedompop won't give the money back? trust me I know its an inconvenience but it a GUARANTEE you will get the money back. people need to understand its still sprint freedompop is dealing with and imagine the software they have to give away all this free data. so the system charges people sometimes. so what.its worth the minor hassle.
