I read the forums and see the same issues over and over with out anyone ever getting any thing resolved. I have been having the same issue for the last 3 months and the service is crap I was using the phone for work but cannot because their is no reliability my original post was

and just as I said I have no service again. When my month renewal I had nothing listed on my overview page and nothing listed on the billing page after using the down grade link I got Pro 500MB (4G/3G) to show back up and have a phone and text connection over wifi but no 3G so I am asking why is the service so messed up. No offence to freedom pop but cell phones are not a new thing.
