    You want to put your new phone on your old FPop number?
    1. Activate your new phone on a new FPop account with a new email address.
    2. contact a forum admin or customer service to switch the phone numbers on the two accounts.

    To contact forum admins: lolabee, Darla_A, Jay_Freedompop
    Just put an @-sign in front of their name in a forum thread message
    and then add your message. They will be notified that they
    were mentioned in the thread.

    Alternatively, to send the admin a private message, click here:

    Enter their user name for the recipient, complete the body text and send.
    When sending a private message to an admin, include your
    account email address(s) and device model.

    Other information which may be needed in the private message only:

    This is Dianne Whitlock. You were trying to help me get my LG Optimus set up. I still have no phone service. My internet works but can't make calls or texts. Im about ready to call it quits and get my money back. This has been since I signed up last Tues. If you can't help me get this taken care of Im calling it quits. Please email me and at lest give me the steps in order that I should do to set up my phone. I will be waiting to hear from you. If I don't hear from you by Friday I am going to ask for my money back.
