I couldn't activate my iPhone 5, so can I activate another phone instead?

I activated my iPhone 5 and couldn't get any service. I tried to factory reset my phone as instructed but for some reason my iPhone won't factory reset. So I got frustrated because I wanted my phone service to work. I sold the iPhone 5 and bought myself a Samsung Galaxy S3 for sprint. It is unlocked.

I never used a single mega byte from my current plan. I already payed the activation fee, etc and still have days on my free trial. Is there any way I can activate my new Samsung Galaxy S3 under the $20 I already paid to activate the first one? I really don't want to pay $40 in total of activation fees since the first phone didn't work.

If your first activation failed you'll get a refund of the fee. Then you'll be able to activate your SIII as long as it passes the FEC check :)
  • Hi @Christian Gutierrez I see that your iPhone 5 is still activated on your account, have you been able to succesfully BYOD your S3?
