Pay As You Go Boost? What does that mean exactly?

As a feature to the Premiere package, not sure what this means?

"Save 50% on your data when you go over your Basic 500MB plan limit"

Does this mean when you hit the "top up" level that instead
of an additional 500mb for $10.00 you get 500mb for $5.00

What exactly does it mean?

top up charges are 2 cents per MB.
At 50% off it becomes 1 cent per MB.

I thought there were some bundles ( 4 GB Pro ? ) that had overage charges of 1.5 cents per MB.
