New Connectivity Issue

Hello.
Been plagued with various issues regarding placing calls via wifi or 3g/4g for the past month. Here is the new one:
1. Place call.
2. Get dialog box stating "Unable to register with current wifi setting. Turn off wifi to proceed."
3. Turn off wifi and finally able to place call. However, person on other end states that I am cutting out. They sound fine from my end.

This has been intermittent for the past couple hours. There have also been moments when a call won't go through at all (which has been the issue previously). Yes, I've done all the updating/refreshing/rebooting. Just figured devs would want to know. Hope it is resolved soon.

Oh, also an ongoing problem with voicemail. I am not consistently receiving notification when a voicemail is left. Still having the issue where someone may call and it goes to voicemail for them, but the phone doesn't even ring on my end. FYI.
