Downgrading problem

When I attempt to downgrade my voice plan, I get this error message.

"Data Plan Change

We've experienced a problem changing your Data Plan due to a billing error. Please update your payment method on the Billing Settings page, and try again."


I've updated my CC on file, but still get this same error. Also, I'm downgrading the VOice plan and get an error that mentions the Data plan. Help, anyone?
