Note 4 battery issue.

I have not had good success with Customer Service regarding info. about the shipping of my battery for my Note 4. When I asked if there was a 'tracking number' for my battery I was told that there would not be one due to it's delivery via USPS, which is ok. However, I did not receive any expectation as to the delivery date of the battery or whether the battery is actually in stock-I read another post concerning a battery that wasn't even in stock when they told the customer that the battery was requested. I am just wondering what avenue to take...?

    isn't that the 1 samsung recalled ?
    if you're not sure of delivery, try a 3rd party seller like ebay or batterybarn.com
