Wrong number

I have 2 numbers in my account. 2nd sim card is supposed to be Number #2. However, the caller id shows as the Number #1 when I make outgoing calls. I can't receive incoming call to Number #2 neither. Anybody could help?

    My devices reads 'bundle' no #, then 2nd sim is bundle #1, if your hpage shows 1&2, doesn't matter.
    Only one ph works? Are they iphones?

    I'm having this same issue and yes, they are iPhones.

    try using your ph# instead of email, then check usage later to see which 1 has used v mins.
