Phone swap issues

Opened a support ticket (Question Reference # 180219-002225) to swap phone numbers between two phones. First phone is a Galaxy Prevail LTE (phone # (201) 279-1170, email [email protected]) that is working fine. Second phone is a Moto E (phone # (609) 879-2144, email [email protected]) that went thru the wash and stop working. I bought a new Moto E, but as the old Sim Card SORT OF works (only works on WIFI at this point), I ordered a new one which I have confirmation it shipped (LTE SIM Kit - 3-in-1 - Voice/Data Bundle
number (609) 993-0234 ),

In trying to get the new Moto E working, a factory reset, in downloading the freedompop app and initializing it, it still only works with WIFI, but the number changed to the new Sim I ordered ((609) 993-0234 ).

I would like the E Moto to be (201) 279-1170, the Galaxy Prevail to be (609) 879-2144, the sim card on order to still be the new number (609) 993-0234 ).
