Please help - Freedompop says I no longer have a phone, plan or service.

I tried logging onto my account (I had to reset my password first) and upon logging on, I found out that I do not have any phone, plan or service with my Freedompop phone (basic/free service). I had been away and hadn't used my phone in a while and the website only says "Your account has been..." - I couldn't see anything after that. I really would appreciate your help.

    It sounds like the Plan, Services, and Devices are all blanks with nothing there ? I think that is what a canceled device looks like if the account remains for a while so one could look at it.
    Did you get a prompt to awaken a device from a deep sleep when first logging in to here: ?
