Visual voicemail doesn't work

Five months I payed for a favor I don't get. I ran some tickets, followed all the steps several times but the voicemail still didn't work. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

    1. Update or reinstall the FreedomPop Messaging app
    -Go to the Play Store > search for FreedomPop Messaging
    -Click on the first option which should be "FreedomPop Messaging"
    -click Update > Accept, then Open.
    -test voicemail
    Please be advised that reinstalling your app will delete your text history.

    2. Update the FreedomPop Voicemail app
    -Go to the Play Store > search for FreedomPop Voicemail
    -Click on the first option which should be "FreedomPop Voicemail"
    -click Update > Accept, then Open.
    -test voicemail

    3. PRL update and carrier reset: Resetting or updating your PRL (Preferred Roaming List) allows the phone to connect
    to the best tower in your location, and resetting the carrier settings ensures that the network settings of the phone are calibrated.

    Android:
    1. Select the menu button (located to the right of the home button)
    2. Tap Settings
    3. Tap More(upper right)
    4. Then scroll down and tap System Update
    5. Select Update Profile and let it run fully (may take up to 90 seconds)
    6. After the network profile is updated, repeat the same steps, but this time select Update PRL instead of update profile

    Or, you may dial ##72786#.

    I tried everything from online Self-Help Knowledge Base at https://support.freedompop.com and FreedomPop Communities at https://forums.freedompop.com/

    Click on your All Apps icon
    Scroll through the list until you find the Visual Voicemail application
    Tap Voicemail to open the application (You may need to sign into your FreedomPop account)
    asked me to add the service to my account for $2.49 per month

    • Go to Settings on your Android phone
    • Tap on Applications
    • Find the FreedomPop Voicemail application and tap on it
    • Tap on Force Stop
    • Then tap on Clear Data
    • Go back to your phone's home screen
    • Open the FreedomPop Voicemail application and sign in

    When i go to my profile:
    Settings Voice & Data Settings I am missing Voicemail and storage.

    I prefer to continue over this tread. I don't have open ticket. problem is that nobody rally helped me. Thank You.
