Completed my BYOD on my new phone and now want to switch my account from the original sim/device to the new one.

    I have the same problem. My old device died. Bought a new one and need to deactivate the old one and active the new one on my account. Can anyone help me please?

    So you can put the phone number on the new phone, (the sim card I recently purchased) but you cannot switch the plan I am prepaid for until August to the new phone? This is very confusing and frustrating that I get only one reply every business day.
