    I would like to have my current number and plan transferred to the new SIM.

    I would like my account [email protected] and phone number (302) 408-3307 associated with this new SIM.

    I bought and activated a new SIM card to replace my old card but now at the point of selecting a number. I don't want to select a number I want my original one my account is linked to which is XXX-XXX-6614
    ICCID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX2810

    @Hassouneha - go ahead and pick a temp number. Test to be sure it is working. Then request here, Facebook, Twitter or support ticket for a number swap. You may need / want to cancel the old card after the swap.

    Thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the delayed response. Upon account review, we confirmed you were assisted by another representative via Incident 190910-000231, on 09-10-2019. The representative, transferred phone number XXX-XXX-6614 to your new SIM card, ICCID number ending in 2810.
