monthly charges

downgraded both data plan and service 5 days before free trial ended but got charged anyway--can someone help...Pls.

    and after downgraded to free plan 4g only the internet just stop working--keep asking me to activate 3g(sprint screen) even when Im in the 4g area(solid blue)

    Your going to need to call customer service or Pm a admin. There the only ones that can help in this situation...

    hi Ali thanks again for the link that fix Sprint 3g activation for 4g only free account but now they charged me for a premium service and roll over for $13.98. Pls look below, my account oview show that I have a free account with no extra service. Or it is just a computer error because last month I was also charged $13.98 and was refunded

    @tam eiam‌ You were being charged for premier as well as extra rollover. Make sure to get an admin to refund the charges.
