Questions on exchanging the device due to defective S3
I've purchased the S3 about 2 weeks ago and received the phone last week. Unfortunately, i've received the defective phone. I spent about 2-3 hours on hold to reach the customer rep. and today i got emails from FP with RMA number. They didn't even provide the Returning Shipping Label for the device. Am i supposed to pay for the returning the item? Currently i am on hold for 2 hours again to reach the rep.... Does anyone know about this? BTW, they also cancelled my phone number after they took my phone away from their system. I spent time to choose the number because it is for my mom. I don't know if i can get that number back.
